Vlog 102 Never give up on a song

The pressure was on to get this weeks and next weeks song sorted before I had to pack up my studio. I could feel the pressure as well 😉 But I was not going to give up on the song. There are so may ways to say things, so many approaches you can take. Would the song sound better faster, or would it work as a ballad? Just because something first does not sound right, does not mean it might not work in the end. Some songs just come to you, others require a lot more digging. Never give up on a song.

I also had a pretty frustrating crash while recording the song. Basically the Logic Pro X crashed while I was recording. I hit the save before I rebooted the machine. As a result I lost nearly half a days worth of work. But I did a short tutorial on how to recover your audio files, even if the project has been lost. Hope you enjoy it 🙂
