We look far and wide for the next promotional hack, that might just elevate us up the steps of success in the music business. We search the net, we read books, blogs, listen to podcasts, talk to anybody who might have experience in the subject (or at least I hope you do.) But too often we forget to concentrate on the most powerful enabler of our success, our mind.

It all starts in our mind. If we don’t believe in our selves one hundred percent, the self-doubt starts to creep in. And if the self-doubt takes hold, we will not succeed. Fake it until you make it? No! Fake it until you become it. You need to start believing with every cell in your body that you will succeed. One you have the mindset to succeed, the work becomes easier. Nothing will seem impossible, and the big goals up ahead will start creeping closer. Also you will gain much realistic view of time. If something takes longer to achieve, you will not lose faith. Believe in your self! It all starts in your mind.
