Cup of Coffee my way

I got my self an Aeropress coffee maker few weeks back and I thought I’ll share with you a quick video on how I make a very nice cup of coffee with it 🙂 Few people recommended this little gizmo (designed by the inventor of frisbee) to me, so I decided to find out what the fuzz was all about. I must say I have been blown away by it. I was a sceptic at first, which I am sure many of you are right now, but all I can say is give it a try 😉

Just a few quick notes to ad to the video. The manual that comes with the device instructs you to make the coffee other way around. I tried both and the way I do it in my video results in a better cup in my opinion. The advised amount of coffee is 18 grams in the instruction, but a barista friend of mine advised me to try 16 grams. I probably land somewhere between most of the time and as you can see from the video, it is more of a rough estimate. Hope you like it 🙂 Let me know what is your preferred method of making coffee.
