Give it all you got

This weeks song looks at the world we live in. How often do we hear our grandparents talk about how tough things used to be? Sure thing certain aspects have changed, we definitely have more comfort in many way these days. But the world around us turning into tougher place to survive. If you want to improve the quality of your life, buy a home of your own, it is a constant battle.

We work so hard to give our children a good life, that we have no time to spend with them. All awhile they grow up faster than we can keep track. I am not saying you are doing anything wrong, I am saying this is the way our world is today. The middle class and the poor have it harder than before the recession and the ultra rich have more wealth than before.

Give it all you got is a song about the middle class working man, stuck in the rat race. It is for those of us who believe in the hard work, who still dream of a better future. But it also remind us to take those moments to notice the world around us, the nature, the beauty, our own health and our loved ones. If we don’t, what is the point of it all?
